Be My Vine was created from a love for crafting meaningful moments with intention and excellence. Founded by Dominique and Steven Mendoza, our heart behind this business is simple: create beautiful things while honoring God in everything we do.

What began with handcrafted treats has grown into something bigger. These days, you might find us dipping chocolate-covered desserts one weekend and building a custom backdrop the next. We cater events. We design the spaces they happen in. We restore old furniture and give it new life. We even make clothing and accessories now. It’s become a creative outlet for nearly everything we love — and no matter what the project is, we put the same heart into it.

Every celebration deserves to feel special, whether it’s a small gathering around a kitchen table or a big event with a hundred guests. We want to help people create moments that feel like them — beautiful, memorable, and one of a kind. At the end of the day, that’s the goal: serve people well and make something that brings them together.

Our name comes from John 15, a passage close to our hearts:

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit.”

That verse is the foundation of everything we do here. Staying rooted in Christ. Growing with purpose for His Kingdom. Letting our work — our creativity, our business — reflect His love and bear fruit beyond what people can see on the surface.

Be My Vine is more than a business. It’s our faith. It’s our family. It’s our way of using the gifts God gave us to bring beauty, joy, and connection to the people around us.
